Local visitors from surrounding communities of the Mid-County area are expected to attend this family-friendly one-day event.

Lindbergh Park can accommodate up to 40 artists selling their work, as well as music, hands-on art activities for children and a children’s art booth from Maplewood Richmond Heights Schools. Selling of drinks and food are also planned for this event.

There is no admission charge. Please note that this is a rain or shine event and there will be no refunds in the event of bad weather.

Open to all artists 18 years of age and older who exhibit work of original concept, design and execution.

1. All work must be hand-made originals in all media. PRODUCTION-LINE ART OR FACTORY reproduced items will not be considered for the show.


2. Signed reproductions may be sold but must be clearly be labeled as reproductions.

3. The jury committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work that is not consistent with submitted images and the rules listed above.


4. There is to be one vendor per booth space. No sharing (or subletting) of booth space is allowed.

5. Exhibitors may not bring sound equipment to the show area. The City of Richmond Heights reserves the right to enforce these restrictions at the time of the Fair and will require removal of any work in violation of the policy. The booth rental fee will not be returned if this is deemed necessary.


All exhibit spaces measure 10 ft. by 10 ft. Double booths are available for an additional fee.


Artists provide their own canopy. All spaces are on grass. Artists must provide all display materials,
backdrops, scaffolding (tables and chairs). There are a limited amount of 8’ tables and 2 chairs (per booth) available for an additional fee.


Artist parking area adjacent to the park entrance, within walking distance. No shuttle required.


All proceeds go to the artist. Artists are responsible for collecting and filing Missouri sales tax. Tax information will be provided to all artists in their arrival packets. Respected fine art and craft professionals who are members of the Richmond Heights Art Committee will jury the artists.


Up to 40 juried local artists will exhibit work for sale in 12 categories. Ceramics, fiber/textiles, glass, jewelry, mixed media, 2D painting, photography, digital printmaking, drawing, sculpture, wood, vintage


All applicants are juried anonymously. Each applicant's images are viewed individually.


In the body of your email, please include:

  • your name 

  • address 

  • phone number

  • email address 

  • corresponding image list for your attached entries

    • Image list should include: title, year, media, dimensions, and price for each piece.

Each artist may submit up to 5 entries – there is a 3 piece minimum.

One booth shot is required. Submissions should be 150 dpi jpeg images, proportions maximum 5”x 7”.

Label as follows: Lastname_Firstname_1.jpg, Lastname_Firstname_2.jpg, and so on.

Scoring is based on originality, creativity, design, technique, craftsmanship and presentation.

Decisions of the jury panel are final.
